LeAnne Downing, founder of Lightfoot Coaching, has 30 years of formal and informal coaching experience. She has run two small businesses, and has years of non-profit experience, most recently being founder and executive director of Street’s Hope, based in Denver, Colorado. The mission of Street’s Hope is to a assist women escaping the sex industry and celebrated it’s 10th anniversary in 2014. She won the PCA Mercy Leadership Award in 2007 for this work. She has been a writer and regular commentator for Pubic Radio, is an organizer, facilitator and speaker for enrichment retreats and support groups for women and parents. LeAnne coaches people in transition, entrepreneurs, parents with children of all ages, and those who want adventure in their life.
LeAnne has a BS degree in Nursing from the University of Alabama with extensive nursing experience. In addition, she has a variety of continuing education in leadership and non-profit management, along with ongoing training for coaches through Coach U. She has four grown children, is a true adventurer and collector of experiences.
Lightfoot Coaching partners with Darren Reinke of Group Sixty, a consulting and coaching firm, to provide corporate coaching to our clients. Darren has over 18 years of experience in coaching, consulting, marketing, corporate strategy, and business development. He has worked for leading companies such as Gap, Neutrogena, and ProFlowers in addition to consulting experience gained while working at Accenture and running Group Sixty. In providing coaching to executives, he is able to lean on a wealth of experience in working with a range of companies, from Fortune 50 companies to start-ups. Darren is currently coaching seasoned executives, mid-career business professionals, and entrepreneurs.
Darren has a BS in Biological Sciences from UC Davis and a MBA from UC Berkeley. When he is not working with clients, Darren spends time outdoors with his family in San Diego.
